Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. The Service

Autorbix provides tools for managing dealership inventory, leads, quotations, team performance and related workflows. We may add, modify or discontinue features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Upload or transmit content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems and networks.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell or sublicense the Service except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Send unsolicited communications to leads or customers in violation of anti-spam or telemarketing laws.

4. Your Data & Content

You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”), including inventory, lead and customer information. You grant Autorbix a limited licence to host, process and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to collect and process the personal data of your leads and customers, including data captured through connected integrations.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service can connect to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta and Facebook. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies, and your authorisation determines the data we may access. Autorbix is not responsible for third-party services, and we may suspend an integration if a provider changes its terms or revokes access. You may disconnect any integration at any time. 6. Fees & Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing communicated to you at sign-up or in a separate order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Autorbix and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Confidentiality

Each party may access confidential information of the other. The receiving party will protect such information and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle Customer Data in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autorbix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Autorbix harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
