Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Autorbix provides software that helps automobile dealerships manage inventory, leads, quotations and team performance. We act as the data controller for personal information about our account holders and website visitors, and as a data processor for the customer and lead data that dealerships store in the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Account & contact details — name, business name, email address, phone number and role at the dealership.
• Dealership operational data — vehicle inventory (variant, colour, VIN, status), leads, customer contact details, quotations, accessories and sales activity that you enter into the Service.
• Communications — messages you send to our support or sales teams.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data — IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages viewed and feature interactions.
• Cookies & similar technologies— used to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure performance. See Section 7.

2.3 Information from third-party integrations

When you choose to connect an integration, we receive data from that provider only after you authorise access. We request the minimum scope needed to deliver the feature you enabled. See Section 4 for specifics on Google, Meta and Facebook.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, maintain and secure the Service.
• To create and manage leads, inventory, quotations and performance reporting on your behalf.
• To sync leads, advertising and account data from integrations you have explicitly connected.
• To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
• To send service-related notifications and, where permitted, product updates (you can opt out).
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and technical issues, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Integrations are optional and are only activated when you connect them. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your account settings, which revokes our ongoing access to that provider's data.

4.1 Google

If you sign in with Google or connect Google services, we may access your basic Google profile (name, email address and profile picture) and, where you grant it, scopes needed for features you enable. Autorbix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, or with your consent.

4.2 Meta & Facebook

If you connect Facebook, Instagram or other Meta products, we may access data you authorise — for example, Facebook Login profile information, Pages you manage, and leads submitted through Meta/Facebook Lead Ads — so that those leads flow automatically into your Autorbix lead pipeline. Our use of data received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only use this data to deliver the features you enabled. You can request deletion of data obtained through Meta/Facebook at any time — see our Data Deletion page.

4.3 Other processors

We rely on trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, communication (e.g. email, WhatsApp/SMS) and payments. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• With service providers and processors who support the Service.
• With integrations you have connected, to enable the requested functionality.
• With other authorised users within your dealership account, according to the roles and permissions you configure.
• When required by law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period unless a longer retention is required by law. You can request deletion as described in Section 9 and on our Data Deletion page.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

8. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical and organisational safeguards such as encryption in transit, access controls and the principle of least privilege. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. 10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Transfers

We are based in India and may process data in India and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
