User Data Deletion
You can ask Autorbix to delete the personal data we hold about you, including any data we received through connected integrations such as Google, Meta and Facebook. This page explains what gets deleted and how to make a request.
1. What This Covers
A deletion request can include:
- Your account profile and login details.
- Data we received from integrations you connected — for example, your Google profile, or leads and Page data obtained through Meta/Facebook Lead Ads and Facebook Login.
- Lead and customer records associated with your account, subject to the notes in Section 5.
2. Quickest Option: Disconnect the Integration
To stop Autorbix from accessing new data from a provider, disconnect the integration in your account settings, or remove Autorbix directly from the provider:
- Google — visit Google Account → Third-party access and remove Autorbix.
- Facebook / Meta — go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and remove Autorbix.
Disconnecting stops future data access. To also erase data we have already stored, submit a deletion request as described below.
3. How to Request Deletion
Email hello@autorbix.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The name and email address associated with your Autorbix account.
- The integration(s) involved, if your request relates to Google, Meta or Facebook data specifically.
- A short description of what you would like deleted.
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your data.
4. Facebook Data Deletion Callback
If you remove the Autorbix app from your Facebook settings, Facebook may send us a data deletion request on your behalf. When we receive such a request, we delete the associated data obtained through Facebook and provide a confirmation. You can also reach us directly at hello@autorbix.com to confirm the status of a Facebook-initiated deletion.
5. What Happens After a Request
- We acknowledge your request and verify your identity, typically within a few business days.
- We delete or anonymise the requested personal data from our active systems, and from backups within our standard backup rotation cycle.
- We may retain limited information where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security purposes, or where it is no longer linked to you.
- If you are a dealership user, certain records may be retained by your dealership account owner as the controller of that data.
6. Timeframe
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, or sooner where required by applicable law. If a request will take longer, we will let you know.
